The French champions led 2-0 at half-time before Mbappé scored twice and Lionel Messi provided two assists in the second half.
Mbappé's brace was the most important for PSG as he broke the deadlock with a stunning finish from a long ball.
The Brazilian striker also assisted Neymar to score his third goal of the tournament, which gave PSG a comfortable 5-0 lead.
However, it was not all about the scores - PSG had also managed to secure four other victories in their league campaign so far this season.
